Absolutely Lovely
The best word to describe this home is lovely, plus great location! Missing from the photos, and probably the best part, are the heated sunroom with a great hot tub, and the beautiful garden-like back yard with a gas fire pit. We took advantage of both every day after we returned from walking to dinner in Bend. We also occasionally enjoyed the living room fireplace. Previous review complained of no shower curtain, but we did not find it an issue. The bathroom was very pretty with skylights that opened. And the laundry room offered a lot of space for hanging/storing clothes along with very nice W/D. Parking was a breeze behind the house. The house next door was being completely renovated, but we found the noise very minimal. We would not hesitate to stay here again for future Bend stays!

Great location, comfortable
It rained and snowed while we were there, and mostly used the back entrance. Would have loved to have had an entry mat and/or boot tray to wipe/store our shoes/boots on when we came in - less worrying about tracking water/snow through the house. Also had concerns about the shower in the upstairs bathroom - no shower curtain. Had to squeegee the floor to get all the water off. We actually "rigged up" a temporary shower curtain to prevent water going out of the tub that worked quite well. We were concerned about water getting through the tiles into the floor below and causing problems. An added feature: the 4 deer that came almost daily to "lounge" - they were great to watch and added a touch of nature that is usually not seen in the middle of town. It was a fantastic week and truly appreciate being able to stay there.
