Come stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. It is just steps away from the world famous Cocoa Beach and walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Or check out Port Canaveral 2 miles away and watch the cruise ships go by. It is also 45 minutes to Orlando airport and all the attractions!!
It is clean and recently remolded. It doesn't get any better.
With 2 full bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms you and the whole family can feel like its your home. The master bedroom has queen bed and own full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and in the family room a pull out sofa bed. This is 1 of 3 units available for rent, each unit will sleep 6 people. Great spot for a family reunion!! Thanks for checking us out!

Great stay close to beach.
Hidden gem! 1 block behind sandy gorgeous beach. Clean, spacious accommodations, outdoor patio area, great neighborhood, ice cream and mini golf 2 blocks, Publix groceries 1/2mile. So much better than a hotel room. We will be back. Loved it.

Perfect!
We really enjoyed staying here. It was so nice and comfortable!! Perfect location and fast access to the beach. We will definitely stay here from now on :) The place could use a few cosmetic repairs and had small ants inside. But other than that, it was awesome!! We look forward to coming to stay here again.
