The apartment complex "Villa Laura Cottage" - the branch of the "Villa Laura" - is located in a very quiet, yet very central, top location on Ostseeallee, one of the best locations in the eastern part of the Ostseebad Kühlungs-Born. The entire complex is divided into the front historical “Villa Laura” and the new building (built in 2006) “Villa Laura Cottage” in the style of the typical bathroom architecture on the rear area of the property. The "Villa Laura Cottage" is located directly on the beautiful city forest. Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and linger. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away. The city center of Kühlungsborn-Ost can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. For small children we can also provide you with a child's travel bed free of charge (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair. From the hall with mirror and cloakroom you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. The friendly, modern and high quality furnished living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room you have direct access to the two approx. 7 m² or 5.5 m² large and sunny balconies (facing east or south) with balcony furniture - here you can sit relaxed and comfortably in the green! For your entertainment, a modern flat screen TV, a stereo system and a DVD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped, upscale fitted kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The very spacious and friendly 1st Country-style bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe. The friendly, bright and additional 2. The toilet (with sink) is separate. You can store your suitcases and other luggage in an additional separate storage room in the apartment. A communal (coin operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge on the underground parking space belonging to your apartment. Attention: this is a double parking system with a maximum height of 1.55 m! If this underground parking space is too low for your car, we recommend the public parking garage in Rudolf-Breitscheid-Strasse (approx. 500 m) - we will reimburse you 50% of the costs in this case. Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle cellar in the residential complex. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence. It is unfortunately not possible to bring pets into this apartment! Smoking is not permitted in the interest of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the balconies for this.
