The apartment is located in Marbesa, an exclusive district of Elviria. One of the most beautiful beaches can be reached in 400 m and in 5 minutes on foot.
The suite apartment offers maximum comfort. The interior was created with care and all elements were selected taking into account the design.

The living room
You can enjoy a large, open kitchen with dining area and plenty of space for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, dishes, etc. From our own experience, we know how important restful sleep is. The beautiful king size bed has 5 * hotel quality with a back-friendly mattress and wonderful lying comfort, which guarantees you a good night's sleep.
On the terrace you can enjoy a spectacular view of the African continent and Gibraltar.
The suite has a Smart TV with IPTV and free WIFI.
The quiet and safe urbanization is embedded in the 4500 sqm tropical garden with community pool.
