About this property

Functionally furnished and right in the center

The 2-room apartment "Meeresbrise" on the 4th The floor of the apartment house is located in the center of Laboe.

You can easily reach the apartment by elevator.

The apartment is divided into a combined living-dining area with a sofa bed, width 1.00 m, a bedroom with
2 separate single beds, a separate kitchenette and a full bath.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the "Marcusplatz" from Laboe. You can even catch a glimpse of the Kiel Fjord.
You can walk to the beach promenade for a maximum of one minute.

In the house you can use the washing machine and dryer (coin operated machines). You have a parking space directly in front of the door (free choice of place depending on availability). For our anglers we have a freezer with separate compartments in the house.
