In the village of Bari Sardo in the west of Sardinia, only 150m from the beach, lies the cosy Villa Chicco. The villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 with 3 single beds and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine, cable TV, A/C in every room and a baby bed. The garden with an outdoor shower is shared with the residents of another house and for private moments there is a private covered terrace and a barbecue. A restaurant with a bar is within a 3-minute walk (260 m) and a supermarket is within a 12-minute walk (1.0 km). The breathtaking beaches Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzè are worth a visit and they can be visited by boat from Arbatax and the beach Spiaggia di Coccorocci can be reached in 22 minutes by car (15,8 km).

Excellent Location - poor state of repair
The location with only 150 m to the sea and a very nice beach bar with good drinks and very good seafood was excellent. The beach was not very crowded but still a good location for sun and water bathing. The state of the house was dufferent. it needs some renovation and repairs. Doors and windows did not close smoozhly but needed some force. Some appliances (swower cabin) were broken. The rooms are small and the beds not very comfortable. The roof terrace was quite nice and our favorite spot for meals and socialising. I´d love to return to the area, not necessarily the same house. But the landlady was very nice and helpful. Nous avons trouvé une jolie petite maison de bord de plage et aimé sa proximité à moins de 100m de la plage. Elle était suffisante nous neuf et avons passés de bon moments sur cette terrasse au-dessus du toit avec une belle vue. Nous avons très bien été accueilli et avec gentillesse, le séjour a été magnifique. Nous conseillons fortement.

If you don't look for an expensive high quality modern villa, this place is for you.
Pros: The host is on place so we didn't have any problem to check-in. Bed linen and towels were prepared despite the lack of such information in the descripton of the facility. Sat TV was on place. The location was very closed to the beach. It was very peacefull place. Cons: There is no Wi-Fi.
