The Villa Waterview in a quiet location offers pure luxury for up to 9 people. The 6 rooms of the luxurious and modern villa are spread over 320 square meters, so that nothing stands in the way of holiday fun with enough space. The villa offers 5 bedrooms (3x king size, 1x queen size, 1x twin size) and 4 bathrooms. The living/dining room with digital TV, flat screen and sound system promises relaxation after a great day of vacation.
The outdoor area with a large pool, spa and outdoor kitchen with integrated grill invites you to sunbathe and relax. Kayaks are available for exercise.
Electricity consumption is charged at $0.20 per kwh and is payable upon check out.

Family Vacay 2024
Beautiful home with plenty of room for 3 couples and 3 kids. Pool area was very nice spent most of our time out there. Host was very nice. Excellent view. Neighborhood was great.

Amazing Stay!
We stayed for a week over spring break with two families - kids ranged in age from 4-15. The home is amazing and huge! Truthfully, the online pictures don't do it justice. There is tons of space to spread out and the view from the lanai is awesome! We spent most of our time by the pool area and the canal. Some of the fishing poles were in pretty rough shape and the property manager came by the next day to bring us new ones. He was super friendly and extremely helpful! The only negative I would mention is - the pictures show several bikes and at least two adult bikes. We were bummed that there were only two smaller kids bikes and no adult bikes in the garage. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and the home was the nicest house we have stayed at over the past 7 years of renting homes in Florida.

Lovely home with room for everyone!
We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Great location with a short drive to beaches and parks. We were lucky enough to be there on New Years Eve and saw tons of fireworks both in the canal and off in the distance. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Could absolutely live here!
