Gute Lage , Hygiëne: mäßig
Dusche, Toilette,Küche mit Inhalt nicht sauber. Pflänze ausgetrocknet. Die Türe der Schränke waren abmontiert standen gegen die Mauer. Die Schränke waren überfült mit eigene Bettwäsche. Vom Organisation aus war es für uns nicht so glücklig das obwohl wir bezahlt hatten noch weiter um die Adresse, und später um die Zugangsweise zum Apartment beten müsten.

-Lage der Wohnung, Verkehrsanbindung, Ruhe im Haus und von der Straße her sehr gut -Abstriche bei Ausstattung der Küche, Sauberkeit allgemein, und Zustand der Ausstattung (Reparaturbedürftigkeit)

Super Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Wien! Das Apartment inklusive der Lage war super, auch mit direktem Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.. Die Kommunikation war auch wunderbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert :)

Prima plek voor bezoek aan Wenen
Het appartement ligt redelijk dicht bij het centrum. Met tram 2 ben je in 7 minuten aan de rand van het centrum. Het appartement is comfortabel maar heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud. De douche lekt bijvoorbeeld behoorlijk. Het went echter snel. De keuken is klein maar prima. Het bed slaapt heerlijk.

Awesome Place!
This apartment had everything you could possibly need and the property manager was very communicative and helpful!! The location was a little farther then I wanted to be from the center, but that was on me for not doing enough research. Overall this was a 5/5 and such a beautiful apartment :)
