The house underwent a complete renovation in 2015, being artistically transformed to meet high standards. It features a spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and 2 covered terraces, making it an ideal retreat for 4 guests. The renovated garden house serves as a studio equipped with a digital piano and provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed. On cooler days, a pellet stove, which centrally heats the entire house including the underfloor heating, along with a wood stove, ensure cozy warmth. The pool (2.5 x 7.5 m) with an outdoor shower in the beautifully landscaped garden offers perfect refreshment during the summer.

The pool, with its chlorine-free water, stands out as a special highlight and is ideal for the hot days of the year. The extensive terraces cater to all weather conditions: one offers shade under a thatched roof, while the other is rain-proof covered, allowing for wonderful outdoor seating around the pool with unobstructed views of the undeveloped meadows and almond groves. Moreover, the spacious garden offers numerous spots to find your perfect retreat. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the landscape up to Santanyí, with the sea visible in the distance. The garden house provides a serene place for undisturbed music sessions on a high-quality digital piano.

Please note that a cat lives at the house, which likes to visit the guests. This is important information for allergy sufferers as the house may not be a suitable place for allergy sufferers.

The owners of the property are strictly against doing same day express changes as they endeavour to provide each guest with an exceptional experience without rushing the next guest. This ensures that the house is thoroughly prepared for your stay so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest from the very first moment.

A flat-screen TV with all Spanish and German channels is available. A crib and a high chair are provided for families, and a washing machine is also available for convenience.

What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged.
