The holiday home “Milestone House” is located in Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga, and it impresses guests with its excellent location not far from the beach. The 2-storey house consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 people, one with 2 single beds, 2 with double beds), as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. The main bedroom has a nice little balcony where you can start the morning with a warm cup of coffee. The absolute highlight of the house is its stunning outdoor area where you can take a dip in the pool, relax on the sunbeds with a good book or prepare a delicious meal in the barbecue and enjoy it at one of the dining tables of the covered terrace. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (400m, 5 minutes on foot), while the closest beach, Playa del Rincón de la Victoria, can be reached after 15 minutes walking or 7 minutes driving (1.2km). The charming city Malaga, birthplace of the famous painter Pablo Picasso, is worth a visit and it is just a 16-minute drive from the property (16.3km). The closest airport is also in Málaga, just 29.1km away (22 minutes by car).
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. It is easy to find a parking spot in the street. The property is composed of 2 separate houses: one for the guests and in the other one lives the homeowner. Nonetheless, they have separate entrances and the guests have total privacy. The pool is open from March until October (please ask the homeowner for further details). The house has a security system (with 2 cameras in the property). It is normally disconnected when there are guests in the property but you can request the homeowner to leave it on. The homeowner has a company called Turismo Activo Málaga Natural Guiada, and they organize hiking routes and trips among other activities (contact the homeowner directly for further information).
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
