Très bien sauf la localisation terasse
Logement très bien agencé, bien équipé et calme. De nombreux rangements, déco agréable. Place de parking sécurisé et privée à proximité de l'entrée. La terrasse est superbe mais latéralement à 5 m d'une rue plutôt passante... La plage est à environ 25mn de marche. A noter néanmoins des légères odeurs d'humidité ou de renfermé à proximité de l'évier et dans la salle de bain.

Un appartement génial super bien placé
Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable, avec un très grande terrasse. Idéalement placé en 5mn en vélo vous êtes a Ciboure, en moins de 10 au marché de St Jean de Luz. Propriétaires adorables si vous les croisez. A RECOMMANDER++++++
