The apartment is located in a building with several apartments and offers a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by a bright and friendly atmosphere with attractive furnishings. The heart of the apartment is the living room and the open kitchen, which are located in one room. From here you can access the covered outdoor area with garden furniture and a wide view. The outdoor area invites you to spend relaxing hours with a cool drink or a good book.

Should you want to leave this beautiful apartment, you reach nn the surrounding area after only a few steps a beautiful pebble beach, which invites you to spend relaxing hours on the water. On hot days you will find here the desired cooling in the sea.

If you are in the mood for hustle and bustle, you will find appealing beach clubs in Novalja. On the promenade of Zr?e beach you can stroll and visit bars in the summer.
