Wohnung liegt direk an Bundestraße und Einfallstraße in Wohngebiet, daher wegen Autolärm nachts Fenster schließen u. laute Terrasse, dafür quasi direkte Strandlage, 3 Min zu Fuss, ausser herausgebrochene Eisfachtür im Kühlschrank Ausstattung top, defekte Gastherme wurde nach 4 Tagen ausgetauscht
