Sehr gute Lage der Ferienwohnung, nahe zum Strand und zur Promenade, leider sehr laute Durchzugsstraße. Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich auch gut, wobei alles schon sehr abgenutzt und veraltet ist, Betten sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, da sie bei jeder Bewegung knarren und keine Erholung bieten.
