Located on the sunny side of the valley of Bramberg am Wildkogler in the Dorf-Mühlbach district, this cosy flat is ideal with a larger family. In the open kitchen you will prepare a delicious breakfast, which you can enjoy on the balcony. You breathe in the fresh mountain air while overlooking Austria's impressive mountains. The wooden details of the flat make for an atmospheric stay. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the basement, which you can reach via the communal staircase
Whether in summer or winter you will find many wonderful possibilities to spend your day. On nice summer days you can reach the Krimml Waterfalls within 25 minutes by car and the Hollersbach bathing lake within two minutes. If you like golf, you can hit a few holes in Mittersill at the Golf Club Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.

On snowy days you can go hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing in the immediate vicinity. The ski shuttle is also not far away, with which you can reach the skiing areas of Kitzbühel or Bramberg. By car, you can reach the panoramic Kitzbühel Alps cable car in two minutes
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
The guests needs to sort the household waste properly
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
