About the host

We're a family who fell in love with Kennebunk Pond and have loved creating a place where people can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy Maine lake life. We recently completed a thoughtful renovation of the cottage, preserving its charm while adding modern comforts. We take pride in keeping the property exceptionally clean and well-maintained and want every guest to feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Why they chose this property

Kennebunk Pond offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful lakeside setting and convenient access to Southern Maine's attractions. We love waking up to the sounds of loons, spending summer days on the water, and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds the lake. The cottage feels tucked away and private, yet it's just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shops of Biddeford, Portland, Kennebunkport, and other nearby towns.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage sits directly on the shores of beautiful Kennebunk Pond with private waterfront access and stunning lake views. The home was recently renovated and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while highlighting the natural beauty outside. Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and relaxing on the dock, all just steps from the door. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee overlooking the water, listening to loons at sunset, or gathering with family after a day on the lake, the cottage offers an authentic Maine lakefront experience that is increasingly hard to find.
