Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Las Perlas". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Parking on the premises. Shop 150 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 20 m, bar 40 m, sandy beach "Platja de les Bovetes" 50 m. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 200 m, sailing school 500 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
