Welcome to Casa JR, a quiet, clean, fully-furnished, 3 BR, 2.5 bath condo with everything you could want. Beach is a few feet away. Pool right outside the condo. Relax in the condo, at local restaurants or bars, or at the beach. See the rain forest, experience zip-lines, or go horse-back riding on the beach or to the waterfalls.

The condo is fully furnished with Washer, dryer, air conditioning and a fully-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Large closets in each bedroom. There is a comfortable living room for relaxing evenings. Less than a two minute walk down the street to the beach. Just right outside the door on the condo property is a pool that is safe for young children and families. There is also a patio area with a grill for outside dining. High speed wireless internet, TV and DVD player. The condo also has a phone in the kitchen and master bedroom.

Samara is a uniquely Costa Rican beach town. It is Heaven on Earth. Casa JR is in the center of town, with bakeries, fresh fruit stands, delicious and inexpensive restaurants all within a two minute walk. It is the best of all worlds - quiet and tranquil and in the heart of this small beach town.

Other beautiful beaches are within a few minutes walk. There is horse-back riding on the beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing right at the beach.

The town is also home to a language school and massage school. There is an indoor/outdoor gym in town with daily classes. Also, several yoga schools and spas within a 30 minute drive.

Samara experience
Access to the condo was easy. Everything we needed was there. We did have an issue with the roof making a lot of noise. We informed the manager and it was corrected in a timely matter. Then we had an issue with the refrigerator, again we informed the manager and it was fixed as soon as possible. Highly recommended this property. We will be returning

Wonderful rental
We appreciated the communication received, ease of finding things, prompt response to questions and comfort provided. Only problem we had was with customs on arrival when we didnt know the address. We had Paul's directions printed and there really didnt seem to have an address, but they seemed satisfied with 'Casa Jr.' Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Great place!
We had a lovely time staying here! While We didn't cook it had a well provisioned kitchen. After a week of sharing a room with our kids it was lovely to be able to have our own space. Check in and out was easy, place was clean and it was close to everything- food, beach and groceries. We had one key adventure but it was fixed fast and painlessly by calling the property manager. The music across the street stopped around 10pm and didnt prevent any of us from sleeping.We loved Samara and would stay here again if (when?) we come back.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at this property. It's clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Paul was extremely accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place
Nice spot and. Lean and homey only down side pool isn't as nice as pictures look its still a good size just in a feild and no spot to sit outside. But the place had everything you needed and was comfy beds and great location. I would stay there again

We purchased the property on our first visit to Samara. We instantly fell in love with the town and the community. Everything we could want is here - beach, language school, great and inexpensive restaurants, friendly community, and very safe. children.
