The neighborhood was ok. House was spacious. Pool was ok. Dock was great. House was in need of lots of TLC! House was dirty at check in. Sheets on beds we’re stained. Towels were old and stained and miss matched. Kitchen was under stocked and cookware was stained and old. No coffee pot. Pool table needed maintenance and cue sticks had no tips. Walls of house were scuffed excessively and needed paint. Main light in master bathroom didn’t work and the bathroom had an oder to it. Hot tub never heated up.

Amazing Cape Coral
This property was amazing. Great location right on the canal and the pool overlooked the canal. They had everything and more as advertised in the listing including high chair and bassinet for our infant. Harold, the host, was extremely nice, informative and professional. Will book with this company in the future.

Wonderful Stay!
We truly enjoyed this home for our vacation this year. The home was MORE than we expected, as the online description/photos do no include the second bathroom - we were delighted to find it was there! Beautiful location, the house had all the comforts of home, and easy access to travel to other areas if needed. 5 stars!
