The flat is very average: Beds not the greatest. Only one towel per person available all stay. One shower was dirty (showed the property Manager the hair and dirt in shower-got a shrug of the shoulders, or pay for it to be cleaned!) Dampness showed all over a twin bedroom wall after rain. It is in a good location, but I would caution about the above points.
