Overlooking the sea, the boat FloatingHomesNr1 impresses guests with its fantastic views and its modern and bright equipment. The boat is located in the marina of Laboe. The 64 m² boat consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with Philips coffee maker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Only suitable for children over 12 years of age.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls as well as a TV.
In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
The boat boasts a private outdoor area with a small sitting area directly on the water at the bottom of the boat and a roof terrace.
