Relaxation vacation with an exclusive view of the mudflats

With direct access to the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site and room for up to four people, the holiday domicile "Lee" is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation in a dream location. Here, observations of the tides and extensive walks on the mudflats are just an arm's length away.

On 135 m², the completely renovated holiday home in 2021 offers everything your heart desires: Through the small hallway, past the wardrobe and guest toilet, you enter directly into the bright and modern kitchen. Equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee machine for the morning pick-me-up, the kitchen is of high quality and invites you to cooking evenings with friends or family. On sunny days, lunch can also be moved from the cozy dining area to the private garden. This garden is adjacent to the living-dining area and is the best place to enjoy warm summer days in the fresh air. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room. The inviting sofa and flat-screen TV are perfect for sociable TV and game nights.

The curved staircase leads to the upper floor of the holiday home. Here, you can relax from the day's activities – either with a warm foam bath in the bathroom's bathtub or with a movie before bedtime. The large and comfortable double bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort, and a large wardrobe provides ample space for your luggage. Another floor up, in the small but fine attic, is the second bedroom with a double bed.

Another highlight of the "Lee" house is in the basement: your private oasis of tranquility with a sauna awaits you here! In the cozy warmth, you let go of the stress of everyday life and bring pure relaxation to your vacation. Finally, you can relax in the quiet area with a flat-screen TV. Afterward, you are ready for a vacation program filled with family activities, a city stroll, or long walks by the sea. On this level, a shower room and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

To immediately dive into vacation mode, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: upon your arrival, the beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of €25 per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: for hygienic reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

We also want to inform you: on the island of Sylt, a tourist tax is levied for adult guests. We calculate this tax with your booking and remit it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. With your booking, we charge a fee of €29.
