Kein Fahrstuhl, 30 Jahre alte Gardinen im Schlafzimmer, alte Möbel, Geschirr uralt und teilweise schmutzig, Windeseile mit Deckel als Mülleimer. Diese Wohnung muss dringend modernisiert werden.
