Schönes Haus, das hochwertig mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man fussläufig an die Perlebucht möchte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Abwicklung der Vermietung war problemlos und unkompliziert.
