Schmutzig und abgewohnt
Bei unserer Ankunft begrüßte uns der sehr freundliche Vermieter persönlich. Leider weist das Haus erhebliche Mängel auf. Es war sehr schmutzig, ein Fenster im Badezimmer ließ sich nicht schließen, in einem Zimmer hat sich Schimmel am Fenster gebildet. Die Fensterrahmen in den Schlafzimmern waren extrem verschmutzt. In einem Zimmer hat sich, trotz Lüften und heizen, extrem viel Kondenswasser auf der Fensterbank gebildet. Die Möbel sind sehr verschlissen. Gardinen und Vorhänge sind nicht richtig angebracht und hängen teilweise schlabbrig runter. Maler- und Reparaturarbeiten wurden unfachmännisch durchgeführt. Alles wirkt provisorisch und lieblos. Der Raum mit der Waschmaschine ist eine einzige Rumpelkammer. Einziger Lichtblick ist die neue Küche. Wir haben dem Vermieter die Mängel aufgezeigt und hoffen, dass er etwas daran ändert, denn in diesem Zustand kann man das Haus nicht vermieten. Leider sehr schade, da es eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage ist.

Die Inneneinrichtung war ziemlich abgewohnt, schade war auch das die Außenanlage nicht sehr gepflegt war. Der Empfang vom Eigentümer war sehr herzlich. Vom Land und den Leuten sind wir begeistert.
