Fantastic location in one of Copenhagen's harbor neighborhoods. It is easy to reach downtown Copenhagen with the harbor ferry bus or by regular bus. Sydhavnen is a wonderful area if you love water and the water is so clean in Copenhagen's harbor that you can swim in it.

The apartment is 100 m2 and is on two floors

Bottom floor: Family room with kitchen, dining room and living room, bedroom with sofa bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower, exit to balcony from the living room.
1st floor: Open bedroom with double bed and exit to another bedroom with double bed. You have to pass through one bedroom to get to the other one.

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, streaming capable SmartTV without channels, washing machine

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator.
In June, July and August it is possible to book the private parking, but it must be booked in advance.
On a daily basis, a dog lives in this home, but the dog is of course not at home when the property is rented out.

Awesome place
It was a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect. Amenities were exactly as expected and it was quiet. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy but the canal pool looked like a lot of fun. A bit further to the center than anticipated but with the 7A bus and the harbour bus everything went smoothly. Would recommend taxi from the airport as the changes required are a problem if you have a lot of luggage.

Urbanes chilliges Leben am Hafen
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen am Kopenhagener Sydhavn, direkt am Wasser. Dieses ist erstaunlich klar und es gibt mehrere Badestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sogar mit dem Fahrstuhl aus dem Haus zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt (z.B. zum Hauptbahnhof/Tivoli) kommt man sehr gut mit dem Bus (7A), der ca. alle 10 min fährt Es gibt einen Balkon auf dem man herrlich sitzen und und aufs Wasser schauen kann, mit einem kleinen Tisch auch zum Essen draußen geeignet. Aber auch vom großen Essraum hat man dank der riesigen Fenster einen Blick aufs Wasser. Es handelt sich um eine private Wohnung, die anscheinend nur zeitweise als Ferienappartment vermietet wird, somit befinden sich einige private Sachen in der Wohnung. Auch ist diese nicht so clean, wie man es sonst von von professionellen Ferienwohnungen kennt. Dafür ist alles da, was man benötigt bis hin zu Gewürzen, Öl, Tee, Kaffee... Die eigentlichen Schlafzimmer sind recht klein. Im unteren schläft man auf einem ausgeklappten Sofa. Einen Fernseher gibt es nur im unteren Schlafzimmer (was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da der Ausblick viel zu schön ist, um fernzusehen). Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Mechanismus zum Abschließen der Tür. Hier der einzige Wermutstropfen, dass die Agentur uns darauf nicht hingewiesen hat - also hier bitte gleich bei Ankunft nachfragen. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen. Man ist mitten im Leben und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
