This fantastic vacation home is located on the top of a hill, the foot of which leads directly into the crystal blue sea. From here you have almost a 360 degree view over the hilly and beautifully overgrown nature and the sea.

Enjoy your first cup of fresh coffee in the morning on one of the terraces, doze in the shade or sunbathe- there is the right spot for everything here.

The house is furnished in a mix of stately furniture and modern details and offers you plenty of space.

However, you will certainly not spend much time in the house - because of the view, but also because there is really a lot to experience and discover in this area.

Abruzzo is overflowing with medieval, picturesque and picturesquely nestled towns and villages. One place is more beautiful than the other.

Worth seeing towns with a very interesting history are among others L'Aquila, Sulmona, Teramo, Chieti, Castelli, Atessa, Atri, Avezzano, Bomba, Casalbordino, Cermignano, Fossacesia, Lanciano, Montedorisio, Ortona, Scanno, Sulmona, Vasto or Guardiagrele.

Overlooking the small town of Popoli, located in the Majella National Park and in the province of Pescara, the Castello Ducale Cantelmo towers on the slopes of Monte Morrone, a ruined castle dating back to the 11th century.

The castle was built for defense and guarding, primarily to protect the ravines around Popoli from invaders and strangers and the abbey church of San Clemente a Casauria, dating back to 871. It has a triangular floor plan.

Tidolfo, the bishop of Valva had the complex built in the period 1000?1015, but it was rebuilt at the end of the 15th century by the feudal lords Cantelmos from 1269 to the end of the 17th century. Today the castle complex can be visited.
