Seaside Villa is a new air-conditioned luxury villa set within a beautiful and well designed complex, 200m from the beach with sea and mountain views. There is a large swimming pool, children’s pool, and extensive well kept landscaped gardens offering plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, or relax. The terraces and balconies are spacious, offering perfect views of over the ocean and mountains. The ground floor terrace has a built in BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining on warm summer evenings. This luxury three bedroom villa is furnished to the highest standards of quality and comfort, with all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The villa has three air-conditioned double bedrooms (1 double and two twin rooms), all with en-suite bath/shower rooms and balconies. The villa is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, Wi Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player. The villa is located within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.


Calis: Calis is a charming and laid back holiday resort, with a 2km beach. The seafront has an attractively paved promenade lined with plenty of friendly bars and restaurants. Calis is famous for its dramatic and beautiful red sunsets. Calis has something for everyone and has convenient and extremely frequent transport links to Fethiye by bus and water taxi.

Fethiye: Fethiye is a very busy harbour town with a thriving population. The town imaginatively straddles the old and the new. The attractions range from the modern marina with its impressive yachts to the hustle and bustle of it’s authentic Turkish bazaar were you can haggle for anything. Fethiye has a magical atmosphere it is a town not to be missed.

The surrounding area is a mixture of mountains, fertile valleys, olive groves and many hidden beaches and rocky coves. The most famous beach is at Oludeniz with bright golden sands ending in a teardrop beach protecting an azure lagoon. The area is surrounded by fascinating historical sights dating back to the ancient kingdom of Lycia.
For active holiday seekers, there are numerous sporting activities available including white water rafting, horse riding, paragliding from Mount Baba, kite surfing, quad biking, mountain biking, diving, sailing etc. There are jeep Safaris and a huge natural gorge at Saklikent for the boat lovers there are the numerous boat trips to the local islands and beaches.

Lovely private location close to centre
The villa is situated in beautiful grounds with 3 pools the biggest of which is almost Olympic size. The villa is as described with everything needed for a relaxing holiday and only a short walk from Calis waterfront and the beach with bars even closer. There are 3 supermarkets a short walk away and some very nice restaurants worth a try before you reach the seafront offering great food and very reasonable prices.

Absolutely fantastic!
We have not long returned from two fantastic weeks in this superb apartment. The accommodation was just as described within very easy reach of the main strip of Calis whilst also being close to the surf club end of the beach. Our host Sarah could not have been more helpful and very responsive to all messages. Similarly her local co host (Bayram) was equally as helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would have no hesitation in a return visit.

Having lived in Calis until 2016, we'd tried a few hotels since, then decided to treat ourselves to this villa, we were so impressed, couldn't want for anything more and the location was fantastic, felt like home from home, hopefully we can go back again

Fabulous villa, wonderful holiday
There were 4 of us out in Turkey for a week. The villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious with ensuite in each of the 3 bedrooms all of which had balconies, double doors and table and chairs in which to sit and enjoy. The are is great for all ages and tastes, lots of bars and restaurants with high quality low priced food. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning next year

Lovely spacious villa in beautiful grounds and a great location by the beach
We had a fabulous time in Seaside villa, we were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of space, each bedroom is ensuite with outside balconies and the living room and kitchen are well equipped. We all enjoyed breakfasts together on the outside veranda, especially the local figs and honey. The villa is in a fantastic location, the grounds and swimming pools are kept beautifully and the beach is a very short stroll away. We had great fun relaxing on the beanbags at the Calis Surf Club on the beach and there are loads of watersports available from the Surf Cafe next door. Calis market was great fun, only a short dolmus ride away and the food in the restaurants we tried in Fethiya was fantastic, particularly Sundial with a lovely terrace and superb views over the town and sea. A visit to the abandoned Greek village in the mountains with a superb restaurant was well worth the trip as was the beach at Olu Deniz, watching the paragliders coming in to land. Everyone we met was really friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic time, we will definitely be going back.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and we were very pleasantly surprised and the fact that each bedroom is en-suite even better. Everything was excellent from start to finish the collection at the airport arranged by the owner to being met at the villa with the keys and been offered taxi's to take us to places if required. The villa was clean and well looked after. The pools are great and the terraces for the top bedroom are excellent. The location is brilliant, just enough away from everything but a few minutes walk and you are on the end of the seafront strip and less than a minute walk to the beach. Local shop was perfect had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants to eat at and just across the road Dost Corner restaurant and bar really looked after us (my dad being a typical fussy british man wanting no fuss on his plate) Nothing was too much trouble had some gorgeous meals here. Nil bar on seafront is great and Mangal just off the strip past the water taxi's excellent for meals. The Water taxi excellent across the harbour and ozsut near the end of the harbour for excellent cake and coffee and jug of lemonade is a must. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting excellent accommodation in a great location. The owners and managers were always available if help was needed.

Beautiful Villa
Our second visit to this spacious, well equipped villa in a perfect location to access the seafront beach and bars. Lovely pools within a short walking distance and immaculate grounds. 3 en-suite bedrooms with views across Calis. Visited several local restaurants - all had friendly staff and great food at a great price. Spent one special evening at Ada Restaurant. A boat collects you from mainland and transports you on short journey to little island restaurant. Stunning scenery and beautiful food although a bit pricey. Spent several evenings in Fethiye accessible by water taxi. Buzzing town with lots of shops, bars, restaurants. We particularly liked The Fish Market, Mosaic and Pasa Kebap.

Perfect holiday accommodation
Visited with my boyfriend, we're both 21 and had a great time, it was perfect! The villa is beautiful marble all over and very clean and tidy. There is a big TV but we did not use it all week. Wifi is good and reaches all rooms. There is a lovely outside table with chairs which was perfect for lunch and pre-dinner drinks. The pools in the complex are all of good size and each gets sunshine at different times which was perfect. Location is very close to the beach and we liked the surf cafe! Calis market was just a dolmus ride away and it was great to walk around, the quality of the food was very high, the fruit and veg we bought lasted all week. Would recommend for both families and couples, everything feels very safe, there's lovely restaurants on the prom and cocktail bars too. Can't wait to come back for another visit, going to bring our other friends next time!

Perfect villa, great location, so much to do!
We had a lovely stay at this perfect villa. The pool area is superb, the villa itself has absolutely everything that a family needs, and the variety of things to do and places to go is excellent. A trip to the beach at Olu Deniz is a must, followed by dinner in the fishmarket in Fethiye. All in all, we could not ask more of a family holiday.

Beautiful villa - a perfect holiday
We had a gorgeous week staying in Chalis at this beautiful villa. We found the accommodation to be of an extremely high standard, with the patio the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening to people watch whilst the sun set. The gardens are well kept with beautiful lemon trees and the pool was a great place to sunbathe, swim, read and relax. Perfectly situated for a stroll along the prom into Chalis where there are numerous restaurants, and this villa is also well placed for shops. It was so handy to have the Dolmus stop right outside for a trip into Fethiye. Alternatively you can hire bikes on the prom (for pennies) which is a fun way to explore the area. The most breathtaking moments of our holiday were sitting outside Bar Bahane (great music) overlooking the bay of Chalis in the evening, when the sea was calm, and watching numerous large wild turtles swimming around in the sea – an absolutely amazing sight! We will definitely go back.

Fantastic Holiday Villa!
I would highly recommend this villa, the shared facilities and holiday location. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, scrupulously clean and in as-new condition. The pool is a good size for exercise or fun and the surrounding areas are attractive and well maintained. Great beaches and restaurants are within easy reach. - All in all, a superb holiday experience.

Perfect Location, Lovely Villa
The villa was located at the end of Chalis Beach directly opposite the Dolmus stop so was perfect if you didnt fancy walking the 10 min walk into Chalis itself. Overlooking the sea to the right its perfect for a family or couples. It has everything you need down to books to read! Very comfortable bedrooms with loads of storage and each one with its own terrace. Heaven! We will be back for sure.

Coming back again
Just got back home from another fabulous holiday in calis - our third time in 4 years and are booking for a month in May 2013. This villa is one of the best bwe have been in in 40 years of travellng the world. It is in a perfect location the beach ;shops;restaurents etc are all close by. For the more active holidaymakers there is no shortage of things to do - some stunning mountain walking ;paragliding ;surfing etc. Turkey of course is rich in cultural heritage so hire a car and get out and visit the Lucian rock tombs and Greek and Roman ruins. We are already looking forward to our month next year.

What a great place
We visited in May 2011,. The Villa is spacious, clean, well finished and a really pleasant place to be. The beds are really comfortable too. The main pool is a more than ample in size with plenty of sun loungers and the whole complex clean and very well maintained. A local shop is within 200 yds and cover the basics. Beach is very very close with lots of bars and some really decent restaurants. We really really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return

Exactly as described...
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Turkey. The weather mid-october was variable, but warm and pleasant. We enjoyed the pool, and even managed a boat trip. A wide variety of eateries meant we were never hungry and although quiet, most places along the promenade were still open. Fehtiye was lively, with a great choice of restaurants, and some interesting shopping. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the trip! The Villa was beautifully clean, with excellent facilites, and the compound felt safe - the groundsman/security were helpful and knowledgeable. Getting our bearings was easy due to the clear information at the Villa, though beware the local barber - my husband is still recovering from having his ear hair flambed!! Thankfully Sara had organised the airport transfers, so basically, we had zero to worry about. Thanks for a great holiday!!

Excellent accommodation
Have just returned from my second stay at this villa and would recommend it as an excellent base for a holiday in Turkey. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped, set in attractive grounds with a lovely pool and kids pools. It is minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants or you can hop on a dolmus to visit further afield. There are loads of things to do nearby such as boat trips, jeep safaris and paragliding, or you may prefer to just relax by the pool or on a beanbag at the surf centre on the beach with a cold beer.

Excellent Holiday Accommodation
This was our first visit to Turkey and one which we thoroughly enjoyed. The accommodation is always very important on holiday and this beautiful, spacious villa did not disappoint. It is set in a small, extremely clean and well maintained complex with colourful plants and trimmed gardens. The villa was well equipped, there was nothing we looked for that wasn't available. It is excellently located for the beach, shops and restaurants. A short walk takes you into the centre or you can take the dolmus which conveniently passes the complex . There is lots to do and see in the nearby areas and our "kids" got great pleasure at the aqua park in the centre of Calis. Equally good was the 6 island boat trip we took which included a visit to the beautiful beach at Butterfly Valley - well recommended. The boat had plenty of room to move about, was by no means packed (which was a huge relief) and the staff were all very friendly. The weather was very hot during our visit but well, it was July! Lots of useful information available in the villa giving general details on appliances, the accommodation generally and the surrounding areas - always helpful when you're booking your holiday independently. Finally 10 out of 10 for afterservice! - the owner has been more than helpful in organising the return of my son's treasured "beanie toy" which was left in the villa and it's return by post to Ireland is currently underway - it doesn't get any better than that! Perfect Villa - Highly recommended
My family & I stayed for a week in May 2010. Was so pleased with the villa and complex. 24 hour security, grounds so well kept - beautiful flowers. Pool area was just enough, not overly crowded, as was the beach. Villa very spacious, impressed with all the balcanies & en suites! So lovely to wake up hearing the sea in the morning, then having breakfast outside and watching it! Lots of information in the villa on where to go, found this so helpful. Locals were all so lovely - especially to our 3 year old daughter! We definitely would like to go back to this same villa, which i rarely say! Couldn't fault it, thank you!

The Energertics and the
MY sister and brother in law have joined us for and Easter Break since 1991 (19 years). Nineteen years of holidaying in France, Spain, Croatia Tenerife, Majorca, Portugal and Bulgaria renting a villa/apartment each year. The only property to match this property would be the Gold Crown timeshare and even they do not provide the privacy and quiet patios to relax and make the most of the good weather. The villa was the best equipped in every area. The information provided by the owners was accurate in description of location, layout contents and facilities. The villa was immaculate. There is a lady on site to contact in case of problems, also the young gardener and his girlfriend were extremely helpful. The gardens around the villas are well maintained and manicured. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach on the doorstep. The local shopkeepers were very friendly and helpful, we went for fresh bread every day. For our main shopping we went to Magros in Fethye. My husband enjoyed an eary morning walks into the hills each day, lots of wild life to be seen, he also made good use of the swimming pool. We hired a car for the time we were there, but it would not really be necessary. The small buses run all day from outside the gate to the complex. The majority of holidaymakers in the comlex used the buses. We have booked again for three weeks next year before recommending it to friends and family !

Lovely spacious villa in a nice complex
Stayed here for 6 nights at the end of September with my partner. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and had everything we needed. Clean and cool with AC in the lounge and bedrooms. The balconies off every bedroom was great. Would be ideal for a group or family holiday. The complex itself was tidy and well kept and the pool area was great with lots of sun loungers. Would recommend hiring a car and making day trips around the area including the mud baths at Daylan and the Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz. We also did a 12 island boat trip for 20L which included lunch and although the boat was really crowded it was a nice day in the sun.

The villas are on three floors. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and balcony so sharing couples have privacy if they want it. Great location close to the sea, lively and within walking distance of 100+ restaurants. And close to Fethiye which is a proper turkish town.
