Die Wohnanlage Godewindpark ist sowohl nah am Hafenbereich als auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. das Nahverkehrsnetz ist sehr gut ausgebaut, man kommt überall hin. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Die Anlage ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, aber auch für Paare, die ihre Ruhe haben wollen.
