Es gab eine wohnungsunabhängige Wartung an der Heizung, die zu einer Beeinträchtigung für zwei Tage (laute Heizungsgeräusche, eingeschränkte Heizleistung) geführt hat. Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig ( Energieverlust, zwar erstmal nur für den Wohnungseigentümer, aber energietechnisch auf Dauer nicht gut) Der zwar in der Ausschreibung genannte Wäscheständer an vielen Stellen verrostet und eine Stäbe sind beschädigt . Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung die Aussicht auf's Meer und der Sonnenuntergang unschlagbar. Die Betten sind gut. Der Service der Vermietungsagentur Bünning hervorragend. Wäschepakete top ! Betten waren bezogen bei der Anreise. Ostseecard lag bereit. Freundlichkeit und Service werden bei dieser Vermietungsagentur groß geschrieben. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.
