Our new villa Tortuga with 3 bedrooms in El Vergel

This modern newly built villa is located in a very quiet residential area of El Verger. The villa was built in 2020 and in 2022 it was completely refurbished and modernly furnished. The house is divided on two floors, on the lower floor is the main living area with a spacious and bright living-dining room. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a Sonos stereo system to enjoy music. From the living room it continues to the beautiful modern and open kitchen. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, etc.. There is also a guest toilet on this floor and a double bedroom with bathroom in suite. The first floor access is via a wide internal stairs and there are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms on this floor also has a smart TV. On the first floor balcony you will also find a large lounge area plus two sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the views of the Segaria mountain. An ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. But that's not all...
To complete the offer, the house has a beautiful outdoor area with modern outdoor furniture, a large portable gas barbecue, 4 additional sun loungers around the pool, a private pool of 7x3 m, an outdoor shower and a beautiful garden. This villa is furnished to a high standard, and leaves nothing to be desired. The electric heat pump is a modern and economical heating option and in addition, the house has 4 new hot/cold air conditioning units. The blinds throughout the house are electric. There is also a washing machine, Wi-Fi network with fast speed, high quality Miele hoover and much more. Almost nothing is missing here. The property is very sunny in winter and is therefore an ideal winter rental property. It is located in a very central location, close to the beach and the mountains, close to the supermarket and the shopping centre. If you have one, everything can be done by bike. There are also bike rental services in the area. We don't forget your car. You have reserved a protected place inside the property. The property is equipped with an alarm system which must be activated every time you go out for a longer period of time.

We would like to inform you that all bookings do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service of bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this additional service or would you like to bring your own bed linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 €/kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and note the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 500 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Villa Tortuga
Das Ferienhaus war definitiv eins der Besten, welches wir als Familie bisher bewohnt haben. Das Haus wurde erst 2020 gebaut, dies merkt man natürlich als Gast, da alles noch in einem sehr gutem Zustand ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich nette und hilfbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Agentur (Stella Immoconsult) sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Super Haus
Die Villa Tortuga ist, wie auch in den Bildern zu sehen ein sehr schönes Haus, modern ausgestattet und Parkplatz im Innenhof ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage an sich war gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe und der Strand war auch nur 10 Minuten weg. Optimal wenn man nicht direkt vor Ort in lauterer Touriumgebung sein möchte. Allerdings steht das Haus noch in einem “Neubaugebiet”. Dass heißt die Villa hinter uns war z.b. ich nicht ganz fertig und wir hatten leider fast durchgehend Baulärm. Ansonsten war das Haus liebevoll und modern mit bester Technik (Smart-TVs, Sonos Heimanlage, moderne Küche + großer Kühlschrank,..) ausgestattet. Sowohl auf der Terrasse, vor dem Pool, als auch auf dem großen Balkon, ist eine Überdachung verbaut die man bei Bedarf per Fernbedienung öffnen kann. Abzug gibts im Haus nur für die Betten, diese sind so extrem hart, dass es fast keinen Unterschied macht, ob man diese benutzt oder den Boden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch einwandfrei, auch im Bezug zu dem Baulärm.

Très Belle villa
Très belle villa ! Intérieur hyper moderne avec une très belle décoration, la villa est super bien équipée à tout les niveaux (meme un ipad à disposition!). Le seul problème est que la douche de la salle de bain du bas est bouché et que le problème n’a pas été résolu durant notre séjour malgré le passage du concierge. Extérieur petit mais très jolie et propre (aussi avec un équipement ultra moderne) le seul bémol à l’extérieur est que la piscine est plus petite que prévu (7x3,3). Le quartier est calme, il y’a plusieurs supermarchés à 2 minutes en voiture (lidl, aldi, consum, masymas etc… Globalement nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !!!
