Es war alles in Ordnung! Die Lage, die Wohnung hervorragend
Ein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Lage der Fenster zum Innenhof. Da war es manchmal spät abends bzw. früh morgens recht laut, da einige Leute lange draußen gesessen haben und andere früh morgens.

Dreckig und teuer!
Negativ: - viele und große Staubmäuse unter allen Möbeln - Müll des Vormieters unter den Schränken - Wohnung und Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen - Geschirr haben wir leider dreckig vorgefunden - knauserig! wir haben EINEN ganzen Maschinenspültab für eine Woche bekommen, jede weitere Toilettenpapierrolle kostet extra, Wäsche waschen kostet ebenfalls extra - Betten müssen selbst bezogen werden - zusatzliche Reinigungspauschale (wofür?) positiv: - sehr netter Empfang von Frau Cammin - gute Lage - Bad war sehr ordentlich, sauber und modern Fazit: das war das letzte Mal in der Appartementanlage Strandjuwel. Preis- Leistung passt leider gar nicht. Teuer und nicht empfehlenswert!
