Überdurchschnittliche, geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit Gimicks(Einkaufskorb...), gute Aufteilung, gepflegte Wohnung, gepflegtes Haus. Lage der Wohnung zur Seitenstraße, Schlafzimmer nach hinten (bestimmt im Sommer von Vorteil). Barrierefreiheit in Wohnung und beiden Bädern, Fluren mit Aufzug (selber gehbehindert). Zentrale Lage zu Einkauf, Restaurants; Mitte zu Kurhaus (Parkplätze ) und Strandpromenade. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Taxen gibt es überall. Kurz: Diese Wohnung immer wieder gerne, wenn auf Norderney. ;-) Negative keine! 2 (!) Kleinigkeiten: Wünschenswert, wenn im 2ten Bad Haken zum Aufhängen von Bademantel bzw. Wäsche vorhanden und für den kleinen Hausputz (Frühstückskrümmel...) ein langstieliger Besen (Aufwand für Staubsaugereinsatz manchmal zu groß) vorhanden wären. Paar
