The luxurious Villa Tona is located in Poličnik, only 15 kilometres from the city of Zadar. The newly built villa Tona is located in a quiet area, the perfect place to escape from everyday obligations and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden equipped with a barbecue where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends, the villa is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The fully fenced yard of the villa features a beautiful 60m2 large pool, surrounded by sun loungers for ten people. Next to the pool you will find a newly built football ground with artificial grass. The surface of the villa is 200m2 and is located on 2000m2 of large terrain.

The beautiful Villa Tona has five spacious and comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds, and there are four fully equipped bathrooms with showers making the villa ideal for 10 people. In addition, Villa Tona also has two fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms and two living rooms. The dining room on the first floor can accommodate up to 8 people, while on the ground floor can accommodate 6 people. Guests of the house also have a sauna as well as a game room at their disposal. The game room is equipped with billiards, table football, dart board and PlayStation 4 console. Here, everyone will find something for themselves. Villa Tona offers free Wi-Fi and private parking. If you decide to stay in Villa Tona, do not miss the opportunity to visit Zadar, does not cease to delight guests from all over the world with its rich gastronomic and tourist offer as well as with wonderful cultural and historical heritage.

Ich kann diese Villa nur jedem empfehlen, egal ob Familien oder junge Leute. Das Haus ist einfach der Traum, alles sauber, alles da was man nur braucht. Die küchen sind top ausgestattet, was eine Hausfrau nur braucht. Alle Räume und Bäder sind auf dem neusten Stand .Die Kinder sind hier auf Ihren Spaß gekommen. Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gesäubert, wenn man was brauchte, war die Vermieterin gleich da, eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Frau ,die dir die wünsche erfüllt hat. Und das Beste war, sie hatte und ein Willkommensfreude gemacht, im Kühlschrank war ein Kuchen und Bier für uns bereit. Diese zwei Wochen die wir da waren ,waren wir rundum zufrieden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir vergeben hierfür volle 5 Sterne!!!
