Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und großzügig von der Aufteilung. Sie bietet viele Ablageflächen und Stauraum. Ein Pluspunkt sind auch die Fliegenschutzgitter. Man ist schnell am Wasser / Hafen, und Restaurants sowie Bäcker sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Dafür muss man die Hauptstraße in Kauf nehmen.
