Our Villa Haze has been lovingly designed by us, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant and even extended stay.

The very spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and two walk-in closets. The additional bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and walk-in closets as well. Two of the rooms are also furnished with modern LCD Smart TVs. In the master bedroom, you'll find a large bathroom with a spacious shower, Jacuzzi, and double vanity. A second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. We're happy to provide a baby crib and high chair upon request.

The villa includes a double garage, allowing direct access to the main house—a typical convenience in Cape Coral.

The pool area faces south and is completely fenced in, ensuring safety for children playing in the garden. Both the pool and hot tub can be heated electrically or via solar power, saving you a lot of electricity especially in the winter. The pool area offers space for two dining tables and a lounge area. The house provides 6 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas for the pool.

Our rental rates already include the average electricity consumption of about 55 kWh per day. For usage exceeding this, we charge $0.18 per kWh.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house and pool area.

Our reliable German-speaking property management team looks forward to your visit and is happy to assist you with booking and during your stay. On the day after your arrival (around 10 am), someone from our property management will come by to explain how to operate the pool heating and assist with any questions you may have.
