Casa Olea is an old Istrian house located in the place Kovaci, distant 6 km from the sea and the beaches.
In the village Kastelir, a shop, a restaurant and a typical konoba are less than 1 km away. The house was built at the end of 19th century and completely renovated in 2016. On enclosed property of 1100 sqm the guests have on their disposal: a table for outdoor dining, barbecue, pool of 18 sqm with sunbeds and parking space for 2 cars.

Holiday home for 6 guests with a total living area of 130 sqm consists of a ground floor with living room with access to the terrace, dining table, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with two single beds, a shower/toilet. On the first floor, which is accessible from the outside stairs, there is a living room with sofa bed for two guests, kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet and a bedroom in the low loft with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
