Casa Blechi is an over 100 years old Istrian semi-detached house built in the traditional way using rough stones.
It’s located in the small village Stancija Blechi with just 3 houses which is accessible via a partially unasphalted road, 2,5 km from Tar and 10 km from Porec. The house was built in the year 1908 and renovated in the year 2002. Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, the house offers its guests a lovely terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue.
This renovated stone house for 4-6 guests has a total living area of 80 sqm over two floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining table, living room with fireplace and sofa, and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, additional bed and panoramic sea view, plus one more shower/toilet.
NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
