Modern designer Villa Tonina with pool lies in the southern part of Istria and is 12 km from the sea.
In just a few minutes by car you can reach different kind of restaurants, shops, ATMs, petrol stations and cafés. The house is located at the end of the village of Filipana and offers its guests absolute peace and relaxation. On its property of 1000 sqm, guests have access to a 28 sqm swimming pool, 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and beautiful tree, providing shade and a place to relax.

Villa Tonina with a total area of 140 sqm is suitable for 6-8 people. It consists of a living room with access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of them with its own bathroom and a separate bathroom.  Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren vierwöchigen "Arbeits"-Urlaub in der schönen Villa Tonina. Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für urlauben und arbeiten benötigt. Die Bilder stimmen zu 100% mit der Realität überein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Highlight waren die Grillabende auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf den Pool. Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich bei der Familie. Bis bald :)
