Built in 2010 and modernized in 2020, the vacation home is located on a recreational plot of almost 800 square meters in a quiet residential area. The property is completely fenced in and is for your exclusive use. The bungalow-like floor plan of the house is open and the furnishings are tasteful and of high quality. There is a living area (upholstered furniture, large flat-screen TV, fireplace, dining table), a kitchenette with cooking island (electric stove, oven, fridge with 0 degrees and freezer compartments, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed and... flat-screen TV), a bathroom with shower/WC and bidet and a utility room. The house is centrally heated. A crib and a high chair can be provided. Guests also have access to a covered terrace with 2 seats, a sun lounger, a relaxing chair, a parking space/carport, a lockable bicycle storage room, a barbecue and a washing machine. Water and energy costs are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed in this house. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site.

Zecherin, a former fishing village with a harbor on the Peenestrom (200 m) is now part of the municipality of Mölschow. A cycle path directly along the Peenestrom takes you about 5 km to the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen and thus to the Baltic Sea beach. The small town of Wolgast with the northern connection to the island is approx. 3 km away. There are shops, cafés and restaurants here. In the neighboring village of Mölschow (1.8 km), the Dinopark attracts numerous visitors. There is also a stop for the Usedomer Bäderbahn train in the village.
