DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Cayman Cottage! If you have a large family that loves comfort and fun, this is the home for you!

This 3rd Row home is located just a few minutes walk (approx. 3 minutes) from the ocean access and community pool. There is a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach-going items to the sand!

Upon entering Cayman Cottage you will find a hallway that goes into the Media Room. What a sports and movie lovers’ dream! Equipped with a projector screen TV as well as plenty of comfortable seating this room is sure to make a movie night one to remember! On this floor, you will find sleeping for 6: a bunk room that offers 1 twin over double bunk, twin over twin bunk with trundle, and a full bath. In addition to the media room and bunk room, there is also an entrance into the garage where the 2nd refrigerator and golf cart are located.

As you head up to the second floor you will find the majority of the guest rooms and the beginning of the ocean facing wrap-around decks! There is a Primary King Suite with a full bath and sitting area, another King Suite with a bath, a guest room with a Queen bed that shares a bath with another guest room offering a Queen bed. All of these rooms are delightfully decorated and make it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.

The top floor is the main living area. This is where you can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighborhood while relaxing on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen, dining room table, and cozy living room are filled with light and soft coastal decor. There are also 2 additional guest rooms on the level; a King guest room that shares a bath with a room with 2 Double beds. An added bonus is the 4th-floor loft complete with a desk if working remotely is needed or...sit back and relax with a book or view the ocean from this quaint hiding space!

Cayman Cottage is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is approximately a 5 minute stroll from the house or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is provided at the pool area.

Excellent Stay for Two Families
We had a wonderful experience. There were two families that stayed and the room layout allowed for each set of parents have their own master along with the kids having rooms. Kitchen layout was perfect and the view from the top level office made for a great place to remote work a few days. Awesome TV in the media room! We had to call maintenance for a lock on a door that was a problem. They came right out and were able to get it resolved quickly. We had a great stay at this location.

Great house, well furnished and perfectly maintained.
We took family from Canada and the Midwest for their first trip to North Carolina to this wonderful home away from home. We had a family wedding to attend in Swansboro, and this was the perfect solution for us. The house is spacious and comfortable and the 6 of us really enjoyed our time there. Several grandchildren and their parents arrived for the wedding itself, and so we had a full house for 2 nights, and everyone still felt comfortable and uncrowded. The layout is convenient, the bedrooms all comfie, the kitchen well equipped and the house is beautifully decorated. The agency assisting the owners is terrific (Spinnaker Reach Realty) and responded to our need for a reset on the internet very promptly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. You won't be disappointed if you rent Cayman Cottage.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay.
