1401 Villamare is a completely renovated 4th floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and white cabinets. There is a granite breakfast bar that seats two. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. The dining room has a round, glass-top table, with six chairs.

The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony off the living room is shared with the master bedroom. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and two very comfortable chairs facing a 50” Roku TV hung on the wall. New artwork, area rugs & curtains help to make this a truly coastal chic getaway for you and your family and friends!

The king master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in bright, colorful tones featuring a 32" TV and a private bath. The bath has an ornate walnut double vanity and a shower with three heads. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool.

The second bedroom, with two Queen beds and 50" SMART TV, is located on the opposite side of the living area. This bedroom has its own private balcony and a private bathroom with a granite and walnut double vanity with a tub/shower combination.

This villa is truly one of a kind beach property on Hilton Head Island, with all of the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa.

hello there were straws and gummy bears under the couch and empty bottles under the twin beds. There are also food stains on the cabinets in the kitchen. I expected the condo to be a bit cleaner.

My group of 4 adults enjoyed the proximity to beach and pool. Would have been nice to know about Hilton Head policy of renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach ahead of time. Plenty of good restaurants and perfect location for conference at the Marriott
