Home boasts central air, 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 2 family rooms, living room, dining room, newly renovated kitchen, 2 new baths, outdoor shower, inground heated pool. fishing or crabbing right off dock. Dock is 70ft long it can accommodate a large boat. Located between Point Pleasant Beach and Seaside Heights boardwalks... fun fun fun. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Short walk to beautiful beach! Perfect location!

Great house and location
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid retreat. The outdoor area was fantastic. Access to the beach was very easy and convenient. The house layout was perfect for our family. Grace was a perfect host. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again next year.

Great for family getaways!
House as advertised, cozy with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool and patio in the backyard was recently redone and is excellent, best part of the property! Our young kids loved spending every minute there especially after having enough time at the beach. Good location that was quiet but still within close driving distance of restaurants, boardwalks, and ice cream shops. Access to private beach was amazing, especially seeing the crowded Brick beach a coupke hundred feet away.

Lovely home and pool in a great location to a very private beach.
Bunk room was great as was the garage room with TV and twins. Loved the very large separate TV room and kitchen was fully stocked. Outdoor seating areas were amazing overlooking the lagoon. Even saw a swan! We hope to go back!

Fabulous Summer Vacation!!
Pictures do not do this house justice. Was beautiful, airy, and nicely laid out. Much bigger than expected. The 5th garage room/bedroom was perfect for my teen! He could stay up late and no one was bothered. We vacationed with two adult son's as well and there was plenty of room and privacy. The pool is very large and well maintained. Boy's loved the kayak and bay access and we all had a blast!! Private beach was only a short two block walk and there were crossing guards at the corners. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was well. This was the best beach vacation we have had!! The pool, bay, and beach were perfect.

OUR FAMILY HAD BEEN GOING TO THE JERSEY SHORE YEARS AND WE DECIDED TO BUY ON THE LAGOON BECAUSE WE HAD A SAIL BOAT AND IT HAD A BEAUTIFUL LARGE SPACE FOR OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING. It is the best of both enjoyments pool and ocean

What makes this property unique

THE FACT THAT THE HOUSE HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS HEATED POOL IN BACK AND 2 BLOCKS TO THE BEACH WAS THE BIGGEST SELLING POINT FOR ME. THE HOUSE INSIDE IS SPACIOUS AND YET COMFORTABLE
