Affordable 3 Bedroom Home. Minutes from Orlando's Theme Parks

Our privately owned home, has three bedrooms, two full baths with almost 1,200 sq. ft. of living space. Families, friends or business travelers will have plenty of room.

The location our home provides our guests with ease of travel to and from Orlando International Airport, Orlando's theme park attractions, sports activities, the shops and restaurants along International Drive and Orlando Outlets. This home is located close to Disney - Orlando/Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions. Come and enjoy the freedom of a home rental rather than the restrictions of a hotel. Publix (grocery) is 5 mins away along with fast food and dining in that plaza, or use the 24 hour Walmart from less than 10 mins from the home. Perhaps you want to shop the Malls/discount outlets - there is a lot to choose from! Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Italian Cuisine, Chinese restaurants and buffet.

It is a short drive to all the Disney Parks - 15/20 mins (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach) or visit Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, or one of the many Dinner shows, or the famous Cirque Du Soleil. There are many other activities to do such as mini golf, movie theatres, and Downtown Disney. The Orlando Science Center, and Orlando Art exhibits/Museums..

Would never stay again
This is the first VRBO property we have been highly unsatisfied with. The main issues were cleanliness and lack of hot water in the showers. Stains on the bedding, unclean coffee cups in the cabinets, massive leak/spray from one of the showers and cold water in the showers. The property owner did contact us about sending out a plumber but it was Christmas vacation….was not going to sit around the house waiting on a plumber so we just showered at a relatives house. The house is not a pleasant place to stay.

The location was easy access to MCO airport. We never needed to use the Pike to commute while we stayed at this property.

I needed a place for my mother to stay while her home was being worked on it worked out very well I had my caretakers take care of my mother there it was easy to get around the kitchen was perfect for them everything worked out absolutely wonderful for a wheelchair 91 Old Woman

The apperance of the outside of the home is decent. The inside of the home only had 3 wash cloths for 5 people. I had to go purchase more. One of the lamps was not working in the back bedroom. They were no extra trashbags. I had to buy more. The house only has 1 tv in the living room. The blinds do not work. The master bedroom only has a sheer curtain which anyone could see through. The major issue with this vacation house is the roaches in the kitchen. I do not recommend this house to anyone. This was a waste of money.
