Cozy, charming and stylishly furnished apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7, on the fifth floor, with elevator.
It has a wonderful terrace with stunning view of Rome.

This NON-SMOKING, tastefully designed apartment, completely renewed, is composed by a light living/dining room with dining table, sofas with convertible beds, main bedroom (queen size bed) with closets and bathroom ensuite, second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) bookcase and window to a balcony , a second bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is linked to the terrace.
The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.

TRASTEVERE
It is one of the oldest and quaint neighborhoods of Rome.

SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSPORTS
Linked to Piazza Venezia by tram 8 and to Colosseum by bus 271. Piazza Navona and all the baroque Roma is easily reachable by walking and crossing the wonderful Ponte Sisto (bridge) over river Tevere. You will feel really in the heart of Rome and her history.

The flat looked perfect on the photos but when arrived the walls were heavily streaked and there were traces of suspected mold. We were told a few days later that there had been a flood in the flat and that repairs were planned. After our stay! Make sure the repairs have been made prior to rental. Ask for up-to-date photographs.

Perfect Location, Super Clean, Spacious Apartment with a Wonderful View
The location of the apartment in Trastevere is perfect. All the beautiful places you need to visit in Roma are in walking distance. There are excellent restaurants literally at the bottom of the building or at 10 minutes walk. Raffaella recommended four restaurants in Trastevere, all different in style and all of them exceptional in quality of food and service. From the large balcony, you have an exceptional view of the St-Peter's dome and the small streets of Trastevere; best place to chill with a glass of Prosecco. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children of all ages. Don't hesitate to book this apartment.

Fantastic and amazing location
We loved the location of this apartment. It was convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are many restaurants and other conveniences surrounding it. While it was in a bustling location, which is wonderful, it was quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Raffaella went above and beyond with answering questions and helping to arrange transportation and was incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend!!

Great city break
Lovely, cozy flat, perfect location for my husband and I and our teenage boys, the area was buzzing, full of welcoming small restaurants and also a nice short walk accross the bridge to visit the sights and other parts of Rome. There was a small issue with the heating but Raffaella was very quick to respond and fix it for us which was great. Overall very happy with our stay, we will be back!
