Located at the foot of the mountain Montgo with views of the sea.
East / West sun from morning to night.
1 kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine
1 kitchen with private terrace.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 2 living rooms.
All inclusive: provision of linen and home towels.
Stewardship is provided by a Spanish couple on site.
The villa is located 1 km from the city center, 1. 5KM beaches
Dénia picturesque town with its many shops and tapas bars
You can practice hiking in the Montgo (300m from the villa) or lazing around the pool and beaches for 15 km.

A really nice house in a wonderful city
The house was very nice, located on the hills around mount Montgo. Very spacious and well equipped. The view is impeccable! Perfect place for two families to enjoy a vacation. But a car is a must. You can't trust the availability of taxis in Denia. And it is a bit far off for a walk if you have kids. The ad says that WiFi is available and it is, but it is a very rudimentary speed/connection. Barely works for Youtube, and streaming from streaming apps is a no-go. Also, the house has two levels and there's no air-conditioning on the ground floor where there are two bedrooms. Otherwise the house is in a good shape. The pool area is very nice and the pool was in a good shape. There's a nice dining area by the pool to enjoy a nice evening meal prepared on the plancha.

Lovely property in a quite location but only a few minutes from the town centre by car.
We had a great time at the lovely pool at this property a great area for baroque. The house had every thing we needed, did not need to contact owner for anything. Good view over denia and the sea. Property not looked over at pool which was great, all and all a lovely villa to stay in and a great city to dine out in. Thank you for having us Iggy
