Great Stay
Everything was perfect organized for example poolcleaning every week etc. there was really nothing to complain about! We enjoyed the time beeing in this beautiful Villa. Thanks a lot Helena.

Perfecta, tranquila,cerca de Albufeira,pero sin estar en el centro,opción de pedir comida a domicilio (Globo).La zona de la piscina,íntima y sin ruidos,con sol desde primera hora de la mañana hasta las 19h. Helena encantadora y muy atenta. Esperamos poder repetir.

Peaceful holiday villa.
Thank you Helena, We stayed for just five nights, we needed a quiet break away and this Villa was perfect. It was very clean and tidy and the pool was wonderful. The Villa is old and rustic, authentically Portuguese with antique but adequate furniture. The kitchen is dated and unfortunately has no cupboards for food storage, just the fridge but it is clean and there is a dishwasher which is great after using the coal fired BBQ. The washing machine works well. There are two air con units, brilliant when outside gets super-hot. We didn’t get a hamper like some previous guests .. not sure why not :-( But we had a car (a must for this location) and many local food shops are just a few minutes drive. The beach and restaurants are also very close by. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Opotipot in Albufeira.

Nice and relaxing villa
A relaxing villa with a very nice garden and pool. Many amazing beaches around accessible by car (5-10min). Helena is a responsive host, I recommend this villa !

Fantastic Villa for Algarve holiday
Fantastic villa with lovely gardens and pool in a peaceful location less than 10 minutes drive from Albufiera. The villa is a beautifully furnished traditional home with thick walls which keep it comfortable and cool during the heat of summer. Helena is a fantastic host and gave us a lovely hamper on arrival. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the Algarve.

Toller Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleinen Villa mit Pool! Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern sowie großem Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küche war genug Platz für einen Urlaub zu viert. Alles war sehr sauber und nach 1 Woche wurden unsere Handtücher getauscht und die Betten frisch überzogen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool wurde 1x pro Woche gereinigt. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig bis auf den Nachbarn der ab und zu für etwas Baulärm sorgte oder dessen Hunde häufig bellten. Aber das war keine dauerhafte oder lang anhaltende Belästigung. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Unterkunft kommen, wie ich finde ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überaus fair. Vielen Dank!

Ferienhaus mit historischem Charme
Das Ferienhaus liegt außerhalb von Albufeira in einem sehr ruhigen, sehr grünen Quartier mit wenig Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem großen, gepflegten Garten, im hinteren Teil liegt, sehr geschützt, der Pool. Im Haus ist alles sehr großzügig: es gibt zwei Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, im Wohnbereich mit Fernsehecke, Esstisch, diverse Sessel und Boards. Zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Ausgang in den hinteren Garten stehen nochmals zwei Liegen für eine Siesta oder zum Schlafen. Schränke und Ablagen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht benutzt. Das Haus selbst ist ein altes Landhaus, wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll erweitert und modernisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut Von der vorderen Terrasse ist das Meer zu sehen, man kann auch zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand laufen, das ist dann allerdings schon ein längerer Spaziergang. Mit dem Mietwagen sind alle Ziele sehr gut erreichbar, auch zum Einkaufen oder für den Restaurantbesuch ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl unseres Ferienquartiers!

Hübsches Haus mit Charme abseits vom Trubel
Hübsches Haus mit Charme abseits vom Touristentrubel in Albufeira/Algarve. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung praktisch und hübsch. Ein paar Tassen und Gläser mehr in der Küche und ein Starter Kit mit Lappen, Spülmittel u.ä. wäre hilfreich. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch weitere Ferienhäuser, welche vermietet werden. Leider nutzen das auch einige Touristen um mit Bluetooth Boxen ihre Nachbarn zu beschallen, was wir als störend empfunden haben. Das war leider tagsüber und auch nachts der Fall. Sonst ist die Gegend eher ruhig und sicher.

Maison atypique
Maison typique portugaise, très agréable, très soignés, très propre, le jardin est agréable avec de l'ombre, la piscine est propre, le seul bémol sont les chiens des voisins qui aboie coté rue, mais dans le jardin on est au calme, proche d'Albufeira des commerces, et des nombreuses plages. Très bonne communication avec Héléna qui parle très bien le Français :). @Bientôt pour un prochain séjour!

Une très bonne communication avec Helena et son mari. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison, la piscine est superbe. Nous avons également apprécié la localisation de la maison (8 min des plages, des restaurants et du centre d’Albufeira)

Maison et jardin très agrébles
Maison typique portugaise fidèle à l'annonce avec un très agréable jardin. Propriétaires très sympathiques et flexibles sur horaires d'arrivée et départ , et très attentionnés à nos demandes. Par contre surpris du vent à longueur de journée et de nuit , surement amplifié par le fait que la maison se trouve dans les hauteurs. Petit côté désagréable : 4 chiens chez les voisins , qui aboient au moindre mouvement ! Sinon , point de départ idéal pour visiter l'Algarve à quasi mi-chemin de l'est et l'ouest de la région.

Casa com decoração tipica com todos os equipamentoa necessários a uma semana de férias. Jardim muito agradável com piscina. Espaço perfeito para adultos ou crianças. A poucos minutos de várias praias de Albufeira. Anfitriões simpáticos e bastante prestáveis. A repetir.

Relaxing and fun holidays
We spent a week in this lovely property in August and can only say positive things about our stay. The house is very quiet and relaxing with all the amenities you might need. Although it was the peak of summer near the property we were able to avoid the Algarve confusion. The beaches were a short drive away but with the wonderful pool in the back of the house, we decided to stay in most of the days and enjoy the wonderful and private space. The check in, check out and communication with the owners was very easy. I definitely recommend this wonderful property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time in Algarve.

Lugar tranquilo, ótima zona exterior
A localização é boa - um lugar tranquilo, mas perto de tudo, e a zona exterior é muito agradável, com espaço e privacidade. Os proprietários muito simpáticos e solícitos, e a casa estava muito limpa e bem apetrechada, com tudo o que é necessário. Como ponto menos positivo, apenas o facto de um dos quartos ser interior.

Fantastisch huis
Een huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Een zeer comfortabel, schoon authentiek Portugees huis waar alles in zit wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt wel een auto nodig omdat er niets op loopafstand is. Fantastisch zwembad. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
