2024 DATES JUST RELEASED! 5 Star Beachfront Condo 3 BR/2 BA/1st floor NONDRIVING

Schooner Point is a beautiful, quiet escape located right on the beach. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 6 people. There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 full size bed. It is located on the 1st floor with easy walk-out access to the pool, beach, and parking and features modern décor with granite countertops and all new (2024) stainless steel appliances. Recent updates include a sectional sofa, living area TV and rug, washer/dryer, air conditioning system, hot water heater, and interior doors. The large kitchen island comfortably seats up to 8 or creates a wonderful work/game/craft space. The condo complex is very well maintained and is located on the no-driving beach, on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Parking at and access to this condo could not be any easier! There are 4 TVs - living room/master have cable - and a smart DVD player. The patio features a table with seating for six and two rocking chairs. There is a community pool which is heated in winter and community charcoal grills. No smoking or pets are allowed.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ!**
Note, this complex and unit are directly beachfront and beach facing. However, due to the unit's first floor location and the landscaping, pool, and lay of the land, there is not a direct ocean view from the condo. The beach and view are just a few steps from the patio!

New Smyrna Beach and the entire Volusia County coast suffered damage from tropical storm Nicole in 2022. Schooner Point is ready to welcome you back! Our unit, grounds/parking lots, and pools are all in excellent condition and full working order. The boardwalk to the beach is also brand new with full beach access! HOWEVER, THROUGH APRIL 2024, SEA WALL CONSTRUCTION MAY BE TAKING PLACE DURING YOUR STAY. This should not limit your enjoyment and is even interesting to watch, but be advised work MAY be underway!

Spectrum Wi-fi and cable are included in the rental fees with a dedicated Wi-Fi router for our condo unit. However, New Smyrna is small coastal town with limited cable and internet service options. The signal can be weak, slow and/or intermittent at times. Owner makes no guarantees of internet or cable service during your stay and no refunds will be given for outages. Enjoy the beach and the outdoors, read a book, connect with your friends and family, and take a screen break. Or plan to use your own hotspot if necessary.

Perfect location for a quiet vacation
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The unit was equipped with all the things needed to enjoy a beach vacation.

What a lovely condo. Such easy access being on the ground floor and close to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking items, dishes and small appliances. There were plenty of towels and lounge chairs for the beach. It was a pleasure to sit out on our patio and have a meal at the dining table. The pool was well kept and the heated water temperature was just right. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture . Parking directly in front of the unit made it easy to take in our luggage and any groceries. The property grounds and buildings were well maintained. Great stay. We would rent again.

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

Wonderful Beach Getaway
Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

Schooner Point is a small condo community where you'll find the beach and pool never get overcrowded as they do in high rise complexes. From young families to retirees, everyone loves this destination.

Unlike many New Smyrna Beach condo complexes with limited parking or the need to trek long distances from the parking lot to your front door, our first floor unit at Schooner Point offers extremely easy access, with parking right outside your door. For guests with limited mobility or who simply want convenience for unloading luggage or groceries, you will love this unit. And, the first floor location also makes beach/pool access extremely easy.
