Lovely beach sunsets, short walk to Seaside; bike, beach chair and umbrellas available for rental. Publix grocery store within three miles. No cleaning fees:) I live close by and clean it myself and am available if you need anything.

Had a nice stay, commuication with Teri was nice. Sat outside on the tall chairs. The smell from the flowing tree was a bonus. Only thing, I wish the loung chair was newer, it was rusted and outdated. Otherwise a great stay and i would recommend to others..

We had a fantastic stay at Teri’s condo! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. Communication was seamless, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location was ideal. Highly recommend!

PERFECT Summer Family Getaway
Couldn’t ask for a better setup. Price point was perfect and the proximity to beach access was second to none. Definitely making a return trip next year.
