1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, and a regular coffee pot.

4. Do you provide any baby items? – Sorry we do not. However please feel free to bring your pack & play or high chair!

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! We have propane grills at the pool.

6. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.

7. Is the pool and hot tub spa cleaned regularly? – Yes! Our pool and hot tub spa are maintained every single day. Each morning our association’s certified maintenance team cleans the pool and spa.

8. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes! It includes our waterfront pool, spa, patio, and grill area outside as well as a full club house with community PC, library, and lounge.

9. Is the price flexible? - Sorry, we do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees.

10. When is the second payment or ‘balance’ due? – About 2 months prior to your stay for reservations made in advance, and for short-notice bookings, at the time of booking.

11. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email 10 days prior to check-in and after your final payment is made.

12. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. (This allows time for cleaning and sanitization between guests)

13. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

14. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us).

15. Can I cancel or get a refund if the weather is bad? – Cancellations or changes due to weather of any kind will not be refunded regardless of severity.

16. Is this condo secluded? – Panoramic Paradise is located right at the waters edge of Isla Del Sol overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay and St. Pete Beach. You can only see other condo units from the lanai or kitchen, and there are direct neighbors on both sides of the unit.

17. Can I book through you direct? - We only accepts bookings and payments through Vrbo and their suite of booking websites.

18. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and the full lineup including premium networks like HBO Max and Showtime, Live sports with NFL Network, MLB Network, NBA TV & The Golf Channel, Family entertainment from Disney XD, Nick Jr., Discovery Family, and TMC, Nat Geo Wild, OWN & Vice.

19. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed cable internet with Wifi at 200 megabytes per second.

20. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.

21. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out is Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
